Subscribe & Save policy

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose at checkout, every 2, 3, 4 or 6 months. Your subscription discount applies to every renewal.

Billing. Your saved payment method is charged when each renewal order is placed, on the same day of the month as your original order. You receive an order confirmation email for every renewal.

Shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to each renewal. Orders of $95 or more after discounts ship free within Canada. You can also choose local pickup at checkout where available.

Changes. You can skip a renewal, change your delivery schedule, update your address or payment method, or add and remove products at any time from your account.

Cancelling. Cancel any time, in one click, from your account. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future renewals. Orders already placed are fulfilled normally.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we retry it several times over ten days. If it still fails your subscription is paused, not cancelled, and you can resume it any time.

Out of stock. If an item is unavailable at renewal we pause that renewal and contact you to arrange an alternative, a delay or a refund. We never substitute products without your consent.
